How we check, and how we make money

Methodology

Every number on this site comes from the vendor's own pricing page or help center. Each tool page lists the exact source URLs and the date we checked them. When we couldn't find a value, we say unknown rather than guess. Sources marked "seen via search index" were read from the vendor's page text through a search engine rather than by loading the page directly; we'll upgrade those as we re-check.

A script re-downloads every source page weekly, compares the pricing-related text with the last snapshot, and flags differences. Each flagged change is checked against the vendor's own pricing or help page before the site or the changelog is updated. Some vendors' pages block automated checks; those are checked manually.

NoteTaker Tracker is free to use and supported by affiliate commissions and sponsorships. Some outbound links may be affiliate links: if you click one and buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Links that carry tracking are marked rel="sponsored". Commissions never affect the data: we list tools that don't pay us, and record limits exactly as vendors publish them.
